the Joy to Come!

Feeling Sad

By nature, I'm not a sad person. I'm usually rather even-tempered. And I have a lot of patience- but I can get angry. But whatever the emotion may be, I've always managed to find a way of being present and acknowledging my feelings. Then I move through the process attempting to heal. Sometimes that happens quickly and sometimes it takes a long while. I know I'll make it through this funk I'm in, but today - and in this moment, I'm present in sadness.

Love Heals All

When all else seems to be failing. Love heals all. When life's gotcha down. Love heals all. When people try to bring you down. Love heals all. When anger feels like it's taking over your soul. Love heals all. When someone you love and care for refuses to see how their toxic behavior affects your life. Love heals all. No matter what the challenge. Love heals all.
